In this 2 hour, interactive workshop we’ll cover how to understand the signs and symptoms of dementia, how to communicate with people living with dementia, how best to include and support them and how to reduce the risks of developing dementia.
Accredited by Age Scotland and utilised throughout our work to rewrite the story of dementia, this workshop covers a wide range of topics relevant to understanding dementia and being inclusive of people living with dementia, including:

Do I need to have experience of dementia to attend?
No; this workshop draws learnings from our work to rewrite the story of dementia and is suitable for all regardless of their experience with dementia.
How many people can attend this workshop?
Up to fifteen people may join the workshop.
